Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Manager to provide primary care at an ERG research site, mentor staff, and oversee daily clinical-trials operations. Responsibilities include monitoring and operating medical equipment, performing physical exams, administering medications and treatments, assisting in documentation management, protocol-related assessments, on-call coverage, detecting health changes and adjusting treatment plans, coordinating and supervising clinical trials management and regulatory compliance, and communicating with staff. Requires NP (MSN/DNP) or PA path with state licenses and board certification, 5+ years of leadership experience, strong knowledge of quality assurance, budgeting, and regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH, HIPAA). On-site role based in Miami, FL. The role may involve expansion or modification to support organizational objectives and may require interfacing with Clinical Research Coordinators and other clinicians.
