Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; provide in-office or testing-center care and occasional tele-health visits; participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams; perform in-office procedures as appropriate; open to obtaining additional state licensure/credentialing for broader virtual primary care coverage; requires completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and California state licensure; experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus; based in San Francisco, CA (Clay St) with relocation assistance possible.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State license in California
- In the past 5 years, practice as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
