Job Summary
Provide comprehensive heart rhythm care across the clinic-to-procedure continuum, including pre-procedure evaluation, post-procedure follow-up, longitudinal arrhythmia management, and patient education. Monitor and manage patients on antiarrhythmic therapy while supporting access and throughput for high-acuity, time-intensive cases. Collaborate in operational support for advanced electrophysiology procedures such as pulsed field ablation, hybrid strategies, and cardioneural ablation. Contribute to quality improvement, workflow optimization, and practice growth initiatives. This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of contemporary electrophysiology, including device evaluation and congenital heart disease care, within a team of over 20 cardiac electrophysiologists at Mayo Clinic Rochester.
