Job Summary
Advanced Practice Practitioner in Family Practice (NP or PA) delivers comprehensive primary care, conducts thorough clinical assessments, diagnoses and manages acute and chronic conditions, develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with physicians and specialists, educates patients on health maintenance and medication management, adheres to regulatory standards, and enhances access to quality healthcare within the community through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the practicing state
- Active DEA Registration
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from an accredited organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of DEA regulations related to prescribing controlled substances and active registration
- Demonstrated experience in advanced clinical practice within a family practice or primary care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to manage a wide range of patient conditions
- At least one year of NP or PA practice
