Job Summary
Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Atlantic City, NJ region as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Conduct physical examinations, obtain and update histories, develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans; order diagnostic testing; prescribe medications and interventions as appropriate; collaborate with a supervising physician and an in-house clinical team; engage with patients, families, and caregivers to deliver patient-centered care; participate in quarterly medical staff meetings; and support remote monitoring and chronic care management initiatives. Must maintain board certification with NJ NP/PA licensure, and possess 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed/certified in New Jersey
- Active NP or PA license in New Jersey
- Strong clinical skills with ability to treat, assess, and diagnose independently
- Experience in primary care and geriatric populations (1-2 years preferred)
- Ability to perform physical examinations, create care plans, and order diagnostic testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration with physicians, staff, patients, and families
