Job Summary
Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals, manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols, and create treatment plans under supervising physicians. Provide health screenings, evaluate patients for injury and illness, and order diagnostic tests while monitoring intervention effectiveness. Report cases to the medical director and client managers, oversee respirator and auditory testing, and enter patient data into the EMR system accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for referrals and provide patient education, health coaching, and advocacy. Uphold ethical standards and practice within the scope of your license.
Required Qualifications
- Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team
- A passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One's goal of patient-first healthcare
- A self-starter, energized by dynamic operations and a willingness to tackle a wide range of challenges
- The desire and ability to lead with compassion
- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Ability to follow written step-by-step instructions
- Ability to concentrate, think, and learn
- Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license, 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required
Desired Qualifications
- DEA license preferred
- BLS Certified
