Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to provide direct and indirect patient care under a supervising physician. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating acute health problems, managing chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols, performing pre-employment and annual wellness physicals, providing health screenings, patient education, and health advocacy, ordering and analyzing diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate EMR data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requires active licensure (NP or PA) and BLS; DEA license preferred. The role emphasizes patient-first, relationship-based care within a clinic setting and involves ensuring adherence to protocol-driven treatment plans and supporting health outcomes for patients and communities.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license
- 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting
