Job Summary

Provide medical and occupational health services to employees, contractors, and third parties during clinic office hours, including conducting clinical assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and health check-ups for those exposed to occupational hazards. Stabilize and monitor patients during emergency illnesses or injuries until transport arrives, while administering job-required vaccines and coordinating emergency response plans. Manage patient data using Electronic Health Record systems and maintain clinic readiness with appropriate medicines and equipment in compliance with technical checks. This role involves managing non-emergency and occupational medical care at designated client worksites in austere locations with limited communication, requiring unrestricted medical licenses and experience in occupational health.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years as an independent and fully qualified advanced practitioner, including US/UK/Canadian Advanced Practitioners such as an APRN (NP, FNP, CRNA) or Physician Assistant without restrictions
  • Previous experience working in occupational health
  • Unrestricted medical licenses/certifications in good standing
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR (or equivalent)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent
  • Current required project and country-specific immunizations
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong technical and procedural report writing capabilities
  • Understanding of HIPAA rules and guidelines

Desired Qualifications

  • Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent
