Job Summary
Perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate and treat industrial injuries, non-industrial medical conditions, and exposures to infectious or hazardous materials. Manage follow-up care for patients and perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations. Interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests, with training available within six months. Maintain current prescribing privileges including a DEA license and hold an Arizona license. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a 1:4 call ratio. Join a multistate program within Banner Health, a Top 5 non-profit health system, supported by Board Certified physicians and advanced practice providers.
Required Qualifications
- NP or PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA)
- Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substance
- Current AZ license or eligibility
- ACLS/BLS
- Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations

- Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics
