Nurse Practitioner-Occupational Medicine

Job Summary
Perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate and treat industrial and non-industrial injuries, infectious exposures, and hazardous material incidents. Conduct follow-ups on medical conditions, read EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests, and perform NRCME DOT driver examinations. Maintain current prescribing privileges with a DEA license and hold an active Arizona license. Complete ACLS and BLS certification. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a 1:4 call ratio. Join a multistate occupational health program within Banner Health to support workers and employers across the Phoenix Metro Area.
Required Qualifications
- NP or PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA)
- Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substance
- Current AZ license or eligibility
- ACLS/BLS
- Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics
