Job Summary
Perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries, non-industrial medical conditions, infectious exposures, and hazardous material incidents. Conduct NRCME (DOT) driver examinations and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests. Manage urgent care services for workers and employers in the Phoenix Metro Area. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a 1:4 call rotation. Join a multistate occupational health program within Banner Health, a Top 5 non-profit health system.
Required Qualifications
- NP or PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA)
- Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substance
- Current AZ license or eligibility
- ACLS/BLS
- Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations

- Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics
