Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner (NP) needed for a 2-week occupational health screening event in Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities include conducting standardized histories and physicals (H&Ps) for participants, accurately documenting findings in forms or electronic systems, flagging health concerns per clinical protocols, coordinating with Medical Assistants, administrative staff, and other providers, and maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and clinical integrity throughout the event. Requires an active NY NP license, malpractice insurance, and prior occupational health/urgent care/primary care experience; ability to commit to the full event schedule with potential evenings/weekends; strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York State
- Malpractice insurance coverage
- Prior experience in occupational health, urgent care, or primary care
- Ability to commit to the full event schedule, including potential evenings or weekends
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
