Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner for a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY, focused on delivering comprehensive care to patients in nursing home settings. Roles include patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications/therapies, educating patients and families on health management, and maintaining accurate records in a collaborative, regulatory-compliant environment. Position available as full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week); welcomes new graduates (part-time requires NP experience). Visa sponsorship opportunities are offered. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and Board Certification
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EMR
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
