Job Summary
Manage patients in the Palliative Medicine team by leading discussions on pain management, complex symptom control, and goals of care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers to provide consultations on advance care planning for individuals with serious illnesses. Seek additional education to obtain ACHPN certification within two years of employment. Maintain current CPR, BLS, and DEA prescribing privileges for controlled substances. Work full-time with no weekends or call rotation.
