Job Summary
Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday through Friday. Deliver personalized, quality-based healthcare in Denton, Aubrey, Lewisville, and Carrollton areas with 30- to 45-minute visits for approximately six to nine patients daily. Support appointments with assistants in select markets and maintain a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings. HarmonyCares operates home-based primary care practices across 14 states, employing over 200 providers under an integrated, physician-driven model to bring personalized care to patients who have difficulty accessing it.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
