Job Summary
Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday through Friday, managing chronic conditions of your own patient panel. Use Athena EMR and AI Scribe to complete charting during the workday. Assist with appointments in select markets and utilize a company car with driver where available. Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record

- Geriatric training/experience preferred
