Job Summary
Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday through Friday, managing chronic conditions without weekend or evening shifts. Use Athena EMR and AI Scribe to complete charting during the workday. Support your appointments with an assistant in select markets and utilize a company car with driver where available. This role offers minimal call responsibilities and includes comprehensive benefits such as a competitive base salary, 401K with match, and annual CME stipends. Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record

- Geriatric training/experience preferred
