Job Summary
Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday through Friday, focusing on patient needs rather than volume. Deliver personalized, quality-based healthcare to patients with complex needs who have difficulty accessing traditional care. Support appointments with assistants in select markets and utilize a company car with driver where available. Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record. This role offers a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits including 401K match, and minimal call responsibilities. Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
