Job Summary
Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday through Friday, focusing on patient needs rather than volume. Support appointments with an assistant in select markets and utilize a company car with driver where available. Deliver personalized, quality-based healthcare to patients with complex needs who have difficulty accessing traditional care. Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record while ensuring active CPR/BLS certification and state NP licensure. Enjoy minimal call responsibilities and no hospital rounds, with an annual stipend for CME and license dues.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record

- Geriatric training/experience preferred
