Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner duties at Ute Health Center (UMUHC) in Towaoc, CO include providing a full range of medical services for patients of all ages, participating on the Patient Centered Medical Home team, making referrals to the Clinical Director, and contributing to treatment planning with the medical department. The role requires active NP licensure in the U.S., BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnosing and treating both adult and pediatric patients. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and able to complete the federal security clearance process. Local or travel locum tenens arrangements are welcome. Location: Towaoc, Colorado, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Active, Unrestricted Medical License to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of adult and pediatric conditions
- U.S. citizenship living primarily within the United States
- Willingness to complete and pass the federal security clearance process
