Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Provide primary care as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in a skilled nursing facility, collaborating with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Duties include patient examinations, obtaining and updating histories, charting and timely administration of care, building relationships with residents and families, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
