Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Palliative Care for the Advanced Illness Management program in the St. Louis region. Full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule (8a–5p), no nights/weekends/call, and autonomous practice with virtual support from a collaborating physician and peer APPs. Will care for patients in a community-based AIM program, offering mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive financial benefits package after starting. Requires NP degree from an accredited program and current Missouri NP licensure; experience in palliative care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred. Located in St. Louis area with an emphasis on autonomous practice within a small, collaborative team and opportunities to practice in a community setting under physician guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Current NP licensure in Missouri
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in palliative care, hospice, or geriatrics required
