Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Current California Registered Nurse license
- Current California Nurse Practitioner certification and furnishing number
- DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances is required)
- National board certification in applicable specialty area
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred depending on practice setting
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
