Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Assess patients' health through visits, physical examinations, and medical history updates for long and short-term residents. Collaborate with the medical attending, nursing staff, and families to build relationships and formulate evidence-based care plans. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying legislation and advising management on needed actions. Maintain professional knowledge via workshops, publications, and professional societies while ensuring charting, documentation, and care administration are timely and efficient. Board certification is required, with extensive training offered. We consider applicants with hospital setting experience.
