Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner needed to join MaineHealth Cancer Care Network at Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME, to provide oncology-focused clinical care in an office/clinic setting. The role supports cancer patients as part of a statewide network, with responsibilities centered on delivering high-quality patient care within the MHCCN. Requires completion of an accredited NP program with a Master's degree, current NP board certification, and active Maine and New Hampshire NP licenses (or eligibility), plus BCLS/ACLS certification. Oncology experience of at least 2 years is preferred. The position offers relocation assistance, CME time and expense reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, with a Master's Degree level of education.
- Current Board Certification as a NP.
- Active State of Maine and New Hampshire NP license or eligible.
- Current BCLS & ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of oncology experience preferred.
