Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults, managing acute and chronic conditions, prevention, and patient education within the Parkview clinic. Lead collaborative care environments by building relationships with patients while utilizing Electronic Medical Records and adhering to TB screening protocols. Requires an active, unrestricted Nevada Nurse Practitioner license, geriatrics and primary care board certification, and two years of relevant clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Nevada
- Board certification
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- 2 years of Experience with Geriatrics
- 2 years of Primary Care Experience
- Must be able to screen for TB
