Job Summary
Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for workplace wellness clinics in Greenville, TX, to provide onsite preventive care, health screenings, and wellness consultations during scheduled corporate clinic events. Independent contractor role offering autonomously practiced care, up to ~20 patients per clinic day, with venipuncture, telehealth lab review, and patient education. Responsibilities include setting up mobile clinic space, performing wellness examinations, reviewing health history, delivering preventive guidance, coordinating follow-up, reviewing lab results via telehealth, documenting encounters, and maintaining confidentiality. Must be licensed in Texas with FNP/ACNP credentials, BLS/ACLS, and be fluent in Spanish; must bring own laptop/tablet for charting and be able to reliably commute to Greenville, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas
- Certification as FNP, FNP-C, FNP-BC, or ACNP
- Active BLS/ACLS CPR certification
- Collaborating physician unless independent/autonomous practice requirements are met
- Spanish bilingual fluency
- Phlebotomy ability
- Proficiency with computers and electronic charting
- Ability to commute to Greenville, TX
