Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant sought for a workers’ compensation pain-management clinic in Palo Alto, CA. The role supports a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering pain management care within the workers’ compensation system. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, office-based with 60% in-person and 40% telehealth visits (all conducted in the office per role notes). Responsibilities include managing a high-volume caseload (approximately 16–18 patients per day) with 1-hour new consultations and 30-minute follow-ups, contributing to an integrated care approach, and providing patient care in a clinic setting. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of independent post-grad clinical experience, preferably with orthopedics, PM&R, or pain management experience, and a personable, collaborative mindset.
