Nurse Practitioner

Perform history and physical examinations and carry out appropriate interventions as determined by the plan of care. Coordinate assigned patient care according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care. Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing and certification per Medical Staff Guidelines. One year of experience is preferred, including obstetrician gynecologist specialty and Certified Nurse Midwifery experience. Schedule is 8a-5p.
