Job Summary
Provide outpatient neurology care for adult patients by evaluating, diagnosing, and managing conditions including headaches, epilepsy, neuropathy, Parkinson's disease, dementia, stroke follow-up, and multiple sclerosis. Conduct patient consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing care management while collaborating closely with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and primary care providers on treatment planning. Assist with neurological assessments, medication management, and patient education, and interpret diagnostic studies including EEGs, MRIs, CT scans, and laboratory results. Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems. This full-time role supports a large, community-focused healthcare system serving over 600,000 residents within the Seattle area, offering access to advanced diagnostic technology and a Patient-Centered Medical Home designation.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active or eligible for Washington State licensure
- Active/eligible DEA registration
