Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations, diagnose memory and movement disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Manage ongoing medication regimens, provide patient and family education on disease progression, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while collaborating with neurologists and interdisciplinary teams. Monitor patient progress to adjust treatments and ensure continuity of care through longitudinal follow-ups in a structured outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain in Arizona)
- Board certification as an NP
- Experience in neurology, geriatrics, internal medicine, or a related field
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
