Job Summary
Evaluate and manage patients with neurological disorders in the outpatient setting, including headache disorders, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular conditions. Collaborate closely with neurologists, nurses, therapists, and ancillary support teams within a multidisciplinary model. Participate in resident and medical student education, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical research activities. Work collaboratively with neurology faculty members to develop expertise in subspecialty areas such as neuromuscular medicine or epilepsy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Eligible for Arizona NP licensure
- DEA eligibility
- Ability to obtain Banner credentialing and privileging
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in Neurology or Neuromuscular Medicine
- Prior clinical experience in neurology, internal medicine, rehabilitation medicine, or related specialty
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
