Job Summary
Provide evaluation, consultation/referral, case management and treatment for employees within an on-site corporate medical practice. Perform regulatory surveillance examinations (Respiratory Fit testing, DOT and Audio exams) to ensure DOT/OSHA compliance; conduct pre-employment physicals and fitness-for-duty assessments; manage the on-site health office operations (scheduling, supplies, equipment); evaluate and manage occupational injuries to reduce absenteeism; conduct drug and alcohol testing per FMCSA/PHMSA policies; develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external medical providers to share best practices and support business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or higher degree in Nursing and fully qualified and licensed Nurse Practitioner required
- 2+ years of working experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
- Board Certification - American Nurse Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners required
