Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner with FNP licensure sought to provide high-quality urgent/primary care across Portage Park and Mayfair locations. Responsibilities include direct patient care, leadership during emergencies, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Performs medical assessments and a range of procedures (laceration repairs, nail removal, pap tests, injections, abscess I&D), and oversees care levels and guidance to medical staff. Flexible scheduling with weekend/evening/holiday availability; DOT physicals and workers' compensation care included in duties.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Licensure
- DOT Certification within 30 days of employment
- Availability – must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Shift Schedule – 6.5 shifts every two weeks
