Job Summary
Provide advanced clinical care to pediatric rehab patients with complex medical needs, assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitor medically fragile children, respond appropriately to changes in condition, perform thorough patient evaluations, and develop treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and support teams to ensure high-quality care while working independently in a fast-paced setting. Requires active New York NP license and strong pediatric critical care experience. Schedule includes 2 night shifts plus 1 day shift or 3 night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York
- Strong pediatric critical care experience
- Ability to work night shifts
