Job Summary
Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, conducting health assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive patient care while educating patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management. This Monday through Friday position with no evenings or weekends is designed to promote work-life balance for licensed Nurse Practitioners with an active state license and primary care experience.
