Job Summary
Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, conducting health assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive patient care while educating individuals on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered services in a collaborative environment within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization. Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends to promote work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state license
Desired Qualifications
- Primary Care experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
