Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Clinical experience providing in-home or remote care
- Strong clinical evaluation and care-planning skills
- Ability to interpret diagnostic data and develop individualized care plans
- Comfort with telehealth/virtual care platforms
- Ability to work independently in the field and remotely
