Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
- state license to practice as NP in California
- ability to conduct in-home assessments
- experience with telehealth or remote patient care preferred
- strong clinical evaluation and care-planning skills
- ability to interpret diagnostic data
