Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license
- Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Authorized to practice as NP in Pennsylvania
- Clinical experience in health assessments
- Ability to conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations
- Experience with care planning and documentation
- Comfort with telehealth/remote work
- Strong collaboration skills
- Patient-centered and evidence-based approach
