Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner Manager responsible for clinical leadership and operations across multiple ambulatory infusion clinics in Washington, overseeing a team of RNs, LVNs, MAs, and support staff, driving patient care quality, staff development, and process improvements while traveling between clinics to ensure consistent, high-quality infusion services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) from an accredited program
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related specialty
- 2 years in healthcare leadership or management role preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- AANPCB or ANCC board certification required
