Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner Manager leads clinical operations across multiple ambulatory infusion centers, providing clinical leadership, staff recruitment/management, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Oversees RNs, LVNs, MAs, and mixologists, conducts interviews and performance reviews, and manages daily clinic operations, scheduling, compliance, and process improvement. Travel between Riverside and Loma Linda clinics, with both remote and in-person supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) from an accredited program
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related specialty
- 2 years in healthcare leadership or management role preferred
- Proven experience working with, influencing, and managing individuals with different licenses and scope of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certified Board (AANPCB) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) required
