Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver appropriate patient care through daily rounds, care decision contributions, and order writing within post-acute facilities. Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and the Director of Nursing while recording visit notes in the electronic medical record. Manage billing reports, claims, and correspondence to maintain accurate professional service records. Provide services as required by UHC policies, bylaws, or regulations. Requires a Nurse Practitioner License and DEA Certification, with one year of relevant experience preferred. Includes day shift flexibility, on-call rotation, and comprehensive benefits such as 401(k) matching, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
