Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver patient care within assigned populations through daily rounds, care decision contributions, and order writing. Communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and the Director of Nursing regarding patient needs. Conduct patient rounds, facilitate scheduling of therapeutic and diagnostic tests, and record daily visit notes in the electronic medical record. Maintain accurate billing reports, claims, and correspondence while adhering to UHC policies and regulations. Requires a Nurse Practitioner License, DEA Certification, and one year of relevant experience preferred. Standard day shift with flexible arrival and end times between 7A-5P, with 6 hours in facility required.
