Job Summary
Manage clinical and professional performance for Nurse Practitioners in your pod, overseeing visit volume, scheduling, and utilization while conducting regular 1:1s. Lead recruiting and onboarding for the NP pipeline, including clinical interviews and chart review for quality oversight. Maintain a direct patient-care panel of 8–16 hours weekly, targeting 250 completed visits monthly, and provide reporting to Clinical and executive leadership. Author clinical SOPs and share insights with Product, Engineering, and ML to strengthen the AI Care platform. Partner with Customer Success on clinical education for partner facilities and support implementation for new programs. Work as a player-coach in Circadia's AI Care programs, taking on additional responsibilities as the organization scales.
Required Qualifications
- Certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner in CA
- ANCC (or equivalent) in Adult/Family/Geriatric/Acute
- Eligible for Medicare participation
- 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations in home health or post-acute settings
- 2+ years in a lead or people management role
- Experience with clinical recruiting, onboarding, or program design
- Comfortable conducting telehealth visits and navigating virtual care platforms
- Thrives in a dynamic, evolving startup environment
- Tech-savvy: Google Suite, multiple EMRs
- Slack
- AI transcription/tools
- English fluency
