Job Summary
Treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for PM&R and pain management needs in a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with administration, nursing, therapy, and families to deliver preventative care while maintaining strong client relationships. Lead programs to decrease falls and hospitalizations, improving the quality of life for the facility's population. Practice autonomously to improve the health of an entire facility's population as part of a nurse practitioner-owned practice.
