Nurse Practitioner

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on medical needs and overall well-being. Practice autonomously to improve the health of the entire facility's population and lead programs to decrease hospitalizations and enhance quality of life. Serve as an integrated cornerstone for patients and staff while growing as an independent nurse practitioner with support from like-minded professionals. This full-time day shift role includes 4-5 days per week from Monday through Friday with flexible hours and no weekends. Located in Easton, MD, the position requires a Maryland Nurse Practitioner License, DEA, and CDS.
