Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant as Clinician Manager leading a small team of health coaches and member care coordinators focused on weight management, cardiometabolic health, and hormone optimization at JumpstartMD. Role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations, based in Irvine, CA, with duties including 1:1 patient engagement, advanced health assessments, standardized and personalized care, meticulous documentation, and driving continuous improvement and team development in a multidisciplinary weight-management program.
Required Qualifications
- California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Masterās degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- DEA Registration Certificate
- OIG Clearance and NPI number
- Background check clearance
