Job Summary
Conduct outpatient adult and geriatric primary care, including wellness visits, preventive care, physical examinations, and chronic disease management for diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. Work alongside a primary care physician and support staff at a community-based clinic. Schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm with no nights or weekends.
