NURSE PRACTITIONER IV PTE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Nurse Practitioner IV Behavioral Health evaluates, examines, diagnose, and treats patients in collaboration with supervising physicians in hospital and outpatient settings; may include weekends and shift work. Responsibilities include managing physical and psychological problems, identifying findings, developing and reassessing treatment plans, evaluating responses to medications, prescribing immunizations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring patient safety. Demonstrates leadership, delegates patient care, acts as a resource and patient advocate, and precepts/mentors new hires or students. Participates in performance improvement activities and supports continuous quality of care, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Requires on-site work in Latrobe, PA.
